''After following a new diet and having regular colonic treatments for three months I had lost over a stone in weight, my eczema had gone completely and I felt healthy for the first time I could remember.

I have a great relationship with food now, it's no longer the enemy but a tool I can use to nourish my body and boost my energy levels.

Now my mission is to inspire as many others as possible to take control of their own health and well-being so they are able to enjoy life to the fullest.''

Hi, i'm Lucy and I help others to live their lives to the fullest by taking control of their digestive symptoms, cleansing and nourishing their bodies.

I learn't the hard way that poor lifestyle choices lead to feeling tired all the time, digestive symptoms, skin problems, anxiety and depression. I spent years going to and from the doctors surgery with various diagnoses of IBS, depression, eczema, stress and allergies. I was given some prescription drugs to try (none of them helped).

Whilst waiting for a colonoscopy appointment to further investigate the pain and digestive symptoms,  I decided to do some research and came across colon hydrotherapy (colonic irrigation). I never ended up going for my colonoscopy because the treatments helped my symptoms so considerably! I got my energy back and got the bloating, loose bowel movements and cramps back under control and felt healthier and more positive. I realized that only I could control how I felt and it was my responsibility to love and care for my body by putting in the right foods, cleansing it regularly, exercising and giving myself time to relax and do the things I enjoy.

When you love your body and treat it with the kindness and respect you want to be treated with yourself, it will reward you with energy, health and happiness.

I decided to change my path and train as a Colon Hydrotherapist. I qualified in 2011 and as an Advanced Colon Hydrotherapist in 2014.

I also trained as a CHEK holistic lifestyle coach and studied biomedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

I opened my own clinic in 2013 with the aim of inspiring others to take control of their own symptoms and manage them using colonics, nourishing food and supplements. I help clients with a range of symptoms, particularly bloating, cramps, low energy, and constipation. My treatment is about finding a long term solution which will reap long lasting benefits for the whole body and mind.

I recently spent a year working at the Taymount Clinic for Digestive Health, one of the worlds leaders in restoring a healthy gut microbiome. This has given me the ability to advise my clients on how to improve their gut health and achieve a healthy balance of good bacteria.

Healthy gut healthy body...healthy body healthy mind.
