Payment

If an initial part payment (50% of total investment) or deposit was taken when booking, second payment is to be completed at the first session to complete full payment for the programme. This does not apply to those with membership programmes. Failure to complete payment will result in your programme being suspended.

Price changes will only apply to new or returning clients. Prices may be subject to change and the owner reserves the right to adjust prices where necessary. Active clients on membership programmes remain on their current price plan. Active clients are defined as currently receiving treatment and follow up review. Inactive status clients is defined as left due to payment cancelled. If there is progress with your care and you are getting better and you require further treatment, another block of sessions may be advised and will commence as soon as payment is completed. For membership plans, payment will be taken on the date of the first session. So, if you join on the 15th of January, payment will be taken out every 15th of subsequent months until you or we decide that the sessions are no longer needed on a regular basis.

 

Bookings

Sessions is defined as time allocated for treatments. It is the client's’ responsibility to ensure their sessions for the duration of the programme are booked. Appointments are limited and based on first come- first serve. You are highly advised to book all your sessions upon making payment to secure your preferred date and time. Sessions cannot be reserved without payment.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session and be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being used up except in very exceptional circumstances. Each session can only be cancelled and changed once.

If you the client do not feel we are for you within the first session, you can request a refund and the programme will cease. Once the first session has been completed, the programme will run it’s full length or till the next payment is due, providing all fees have been settled.

Guarantee

We operate on a satisfaction based guarantee- If you feel we are not the best fit, let us know within that first session and we will refund you fully. No questions asked.

We advise you to invest in a minimum of 3 sessions for your issue to be improved. Depending on the complexity of your issue, external factors (general physical activity levels, compliance with homework, length of time the issue has been a problem etc.  list is not exhaustive) you may require more sessions. To get the most out of your programme you, the client must:

● Arrive on time

● Adhere to after care advice

● Provide at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rebooking sessions

● Payment received as agreed

 

Programme duration

Length of treatment programme will vary and depend on your goals and the reason for your sessions. Different programmes may have varying lengths of time to complete. Your initial programme will expire when you have completed the treatment sessions. If you are a member then your treatment will continue until the membership is cancelled. The treatment sessions are spaced out accordingly to your current health challenges and goals and time needed between appointments to comply with any home after care advise and this will be advised accordingly by your therapist.

 

After care

Healing/ recovery is a process. It is not a one session fix. It is a 50/50 between you and your therapist. You are responsible for your health. Your therapist is not responsible for the delayed improvement of your condition if you choose to dismiss the advice given. Our programmes and sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

 

Referrals

At times, we may feel that your condition requires the expertise of another professional, this may be another therapist, doctor or practitioner. Any referrals will be to highly experienced therapists or practitioners in their specialty field. This will always be discussed with you the client prior to any details being passed on.

 

Attendance

To get the most benefit, it is highly recommended the client attends all their sessions. Appointments are limited. By nonattendance, you are wasting your session and may be delaying your improvement. Programmes are of a certain length with a set number of visits, these are there to give you the best results. By entering the programme, you are required to be on time for your session. lateness may result in a shorter session time.
