My name's Lucy,
I trained in colon hydrotherapy in 2011 after it helped me to recover from uncomfortable IBS symptoms that I had been struggling with since my late teens. I wanted to give others the relief and wellbeing I experienced.
Since then I have been lucky enough to train with and work with some incredible naturopaths, nutritionists, holistic therapists, mindset coaches, biologists and spiritual teachers.
To have looked at the same problem through many different lenses has helped me to offer guidance and advice from a deeper understanding of the intimate relationship between our gut health and symptoms and the science of the body, the mind, the emotions and our soul calling.
I now combine all of these areas into my work in my colon hydrotherapy and detox clinic and my into coaching programmes.
As well as running Primrose Wellbeing Clinic I also help people to calm their gut and improve digestive symptoms like bloating, constipation and IBS using gut targeted meditation, visualisation and breathwork, repairing the intimate relationship between their emotions, mind, soul and their gut and eating in a way that honours their body's unique needs .
I'm all about helping others develop belief in themselves as owners of their own beautiful mind, body and soul and break down the misconceptions about IBS and gut health to help them to feel empowered that they are not at the mercy of their symptoms.
