Berry frozen coconut yogurt



Delicious weekend treat... dairy free and easy to make. I invested in a ice cream maker recently and it was worth it! I can now make healthy frozen deserts whenever I want to and it cost less than £20. Dairy free ice cream is usually at least £3-5 a tub so this will definitely save me money long term.

Ingredients:

250g coconut yogurt (Coconut collaborative or Coyo both work well)

large handful of berries ( I used strawberries and raspberries)

2-3 tbsp maple syrup - you could also use honey

Blend the fruit in a blender first, then add the yogurt and maple syrup.

Add the mixture to your prepared ice cream maker. It usually only takes 10-15 minutes and you have delicious soft scoop frozen yogurt!

Yummy!
