Christmas spiced date bombs


Craving something yummy like a mince pie? Might sound good but not always kind to tummies especially if you suffer from things like IBS, constipation and bloating.


I made these festive date bombs to satisfy my cravings. They are so easy to make ! Simply put 250g dates, 250g desiccated coconut, 1tbsp melted coconut oil, 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp allspice and 1 tsp ginger into a good processor and blend. Roll into balls. Enjoy!


They store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
