Haddock with butternut squash, prawns sage and tarragon



Ingredients:

Haddock fillets

Prawns

Butternut squash chunks

Chopped tomatoes (omit if you are avoiding nightshade vegetables)

1/2-1 tablespoon fresh sage

1 teaspoon tarragon

1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil

TIP** This is my go to meal if I haven't had a chance to buy fresh food in. Haddock, prawns, butternut squash chunks, chopped tomatoes and sage can all be bought frozen and cooked straight from frozen this way! No more excuses for sticking a frozen pizza in the oven this is just too easy!!

Add all the ingredients to a large oven dish.

Bake for around 40 minutes until cooked through and smelling wonderful!

Tastes divine, I enjoy this with salad during this hot weather.
