
These cookies are super easy to make and pretty much guilt free as they are low sugar, grain free and dairy free.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
60g unsweetened desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
9 dates
1tsp ground allspice

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined.

Form into balls and flatten onto baking sheet.
Bake for around 15 minutes until golden brown. They will be soft when first out of the oven and will harden a little when cooling.
